You will play a crucial role in translating our strategic goals into actionable plans, optimising our operations, and enhancing the efficiency of our Customer Experience team. Your expertise in implementing OKRs and success metrics, along with your ability to manage large-scale projects, will be instrumental in achieving our ambitious growth targets. Directly influence the company's growth strategy
Looking for and implementing efficiency improvements in recurring business processes
Minimising repetitive work that can be automated
Designing processes and procedures to minimise the potential for (human) error
Designing processes and procedures to maximise job satisfaction of the people performing these tasks regularly
Translating the company’s strategy into actionable plans for the Customer Experience teams
Defining and monitoring OKRs and success metrics
Leading several projects a year that have a direct impact on our growth
Activating new funnels for lead generation
Requirements
Postgrad Diploma, Honours or Masters degree in the relevant fields.
A keen interest in systems of self-management
Proven track record and playing an active part in transitioning a business from early stage to scale-up stage
At least 5 years experience in the field
Experience in leading teams and working at executive level
Experience in rapid growth organisations
Experience in technology service companies
Salary R51,695 + benefits
We have an awesome office in Jamieson Street Gardens, close to Kloof Street, the epicentre of 'Cape Town Cool'. Once you have gained sufficient experience, and completed the 6-month probation period you will have the option to work hybrid.
